Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Specialist where you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing expert guidance to our clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the ongoing development of our support processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide solutions to technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Work towards achieving set service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Stay updated on product changes and upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Further certifications in IT support are a bonus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar support role
