Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for IT-related queries.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of AV equipment for meetings.
• Conduct regular audits of IT equipment and systems.
• Facilitate the development of training materials for staff.
• Collaborate with vendors for technical support when needed.
• Implement new technologies as advised by the IT Manager.
• Facilitate the resolution of network and connectivity issues.
• Participate in IT strategy meetings to improve service offerings.
• Manage and update the knowledge base documentation.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or related field

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• ITIL knowledge

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
