Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst that will be actively involved in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis while also utilizing financial tools to provide insight and recommendations to management. This role requires a solid understanding of financial principles and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to develop insights for strategic business planning.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial models that predict trends and KPIs.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of monthly and annual budgets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial transparency.
• Identify and analyze key performance drivers and communicate findings.
• Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
• Assist in capital investment and other financial feasibility analyses.
• Conduct market research to inform financial analysis.
• Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
