Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Tax Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of South African tax legislation and be able to offer strategic tax planning and compliance services to our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for various entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and efficient structuring.
• Review and analyze clients' financial information for tax purposes.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on tax processes.
• Stay updated on regional tax legislation to offer proactive advice.
• Contribute to the development of internal tax policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Further qualifications in Taxation or CPA preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in a similar role
