Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage and input data accurately. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain data with high levels of accuracy.
  • Conduct data verification processes.
  • Assist in data migration and management projects.
  • Compile and format data for reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure data accuracy.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in office administration is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry or relevant field.
Technical Skills
  • Familiarity with data entry software
  • Excel proficiency for data analysis
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent
