Job Description

As an Architect at our esteemed firm, you will be responsible for translating client vision into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to bring your designs to life, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural models and prototypes for client presentations.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and interns.
• Oversee construction to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Prepare documentation for project bids and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Professional certifications in architecture preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in architectural design and project management

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• BIM Software

Soft Skills

• Creative Problem Solving
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• SACAP Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with commercial buildings and regulations: Understanding of commercial building codes and standards.
