We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management for our organization. Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform financial strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and financial analysis.
• Manage relationships with financial partners, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance or related field
