Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an online presence to assist students and promote learning.
• Integrate multimedia tools into lessons to enhance student understanding.
• Respond to student inquiries and provide additional support as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training to further enhance teaching skills.
• Evaluate and improve teaching strategies based on student feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Education is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in online tutoring
