Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner to enhance client satisfaction.

• Engage in continual professional development to ensure best practices in financial advising.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is a plus
• CFP designation or equivalent highly desirable

Experience

• 4+ years in financial planning or wealth management

• Portfolio Management

• Relationship Management

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in client onboarding and review processes: Proven track record in managing new client onboarding and regular financial reviews.
• Familiarity with retirement fund regulations: Knowledge of South African retirement fund legislation and compliance.
