We are searching for a Cloud Engineer to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, alongside a passion for DevOps practices. Your role will include designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for cloud-based applications and databases.
• Research and integrate new cloud technologies as needed.
• Maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members on cloud practices.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of cloud engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Cloud Security
• CI/CD Tools

• Effective Communication

Certifications

• Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
