Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst who will play a crucial role in our financial decision-making process. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to provide insights that drive business performance. You will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support the financial forecasting process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform variance analysis on financial reports.
• Identify areas for cost reductions and revenue enhancement.
• Provide financial advice to management based on analysis and forecasting.
• Work with external auditors during the audit process.
• Maintain financial models and update them regularly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Master's degree in Finance preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in financial analysis with demonstrated success
