Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Tutoring Coordinator to lead our tutoring programs and support the academic journey of our students. This role focuses on developing individualized learning plans, coordinating tutoring sessions, and ensuring high-quality educational outcomes. You will play a critical part in enhancing student performance through effective teaching strategies and supportive methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule tutoring appointments based on student needs.
• Evaluate and refine tutoring programs based on student feedback and results.
• Act as a liaison between parents, students, and tutors for effective communication.
• Compile and analyze academic data to inform program improvements.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new tutors as needed.
• Promote tutoring services through outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to tutors to enhance their teaching skills.
• Coordinate workshops and seminars to promote learning and professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in educational program management
