Job Description

As a Pharmacy Technician at Pharmacy Care Ltd., you'll play a vital role in supporting pharmacists in managing patient prescriptions and medication therapy. You will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to ensure the well-being of our patients. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure efficient flow of prescriptions.
  • Perform quality checks on dispensed medication.
  • Educate patients on pharmacy services and promote wellness programs.
  • Assist in implementing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Handle cash register operations and manage transactions.
  • Keep updated on new medications and pharmaceutical advancements.
  • Contribute to the training of new pharmacy staff.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.

Requirements

Education
  • Completion of Pharmacy Technician training program
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmacy practice is preferred.
