Job Description

As a Dental Laboratory Technician at Dynamic Dental Labs, you will play a pivotal role in crafting porcelain products that meet the highest standards of quality. You'll be responsible for all aspects of porcelain manufacturing, using your craftsmanship to create and repair items that enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and shape porcelain items with precision
• Ensure that all finished products meet quality standards
• Provide support in developing and introducing new manufacturing techniques
• Supervise and mentor junior staff in the laboratory
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment
• Maintain accurate records of materials and production
• Assist in the creation of custom porcelain pieces
• Participate in safety training and compliance activities

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Porcelain Technology or a related field
• Additional courses or workshops in porcelain techniques

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in ceramic or porcelain labs

Technical Skills

• Kiln operation skills
• Repairing porcelain items

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Time management skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of CAD design software: Ability to work with design software to create intricate designs.
