Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all aspects of the siderography printing process.
• Set and adjust printing parameters to ensure high-quality print output.
• Regularly monitor print outputs for quality assurance and make adjustments as required.
• Quickly troubleshoot and perform repairs on printing machinery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide guidance and training to new team members on equipment operation.
• Document production processes and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
• Keep abreast of advancements in printing technology to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Printing Technology or Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Expertise in high-volume printing processes
• Understanding of different paper types

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
