Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving user research, developing user personas, and designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will transform user feedback into actionable design improvements, contributing to products that resonate with our clients and their users.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives to inform product design.
• Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement design solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and apply findings to enhance user experience.
• Utilize prototyping software to create high-fidelity mockups.
• Facilitate workshops to promote understanding of user experience across teams.
• Evaluate project progress and ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX design or a related field
