Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Planner to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. You will work closely with project managers and site supervisors to coordinate all aspects of construction planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of detailed project plans and schedules.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project updates.
• Review and approve project budgets and expenditures.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate project meetings and document minutes for follow-up.
• Monitor project outcomes and suggest improvements for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Construction Management or related field
• Degree in Civil Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in planning or project coordination roles
