We're on the hunt for a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Johannesburg office. Your primary role will be to ensure that our software and systems meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing processes. You'll work closely with development teams to identify issues, enhance user experiences, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance process for software releases.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Facilitate training sessions for new QA tools and processes.
• Mentor junior QA staff and provide guidance on best practices.
• Actively participate in team meetings to improve collaboration and communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

• Selenium

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• Afrikaans: Intermediate
• English: Fluent
