We are seeking a knowledgeable Industrial Engineer to join our team in George. The successful candidate will focus on optimizing production processes and enhancing operational efficiency through innovative engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing production processes and recommend enhancements.
• Work closely with management to assess equipment and system needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed engineering solutions.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste.
• Train staff on improved production methodologies.
• Monitor production performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop project plans and timelines for new initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing industries
