We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant for our Durban office. Your role will involve analyzing environmental data, conducting compliance audits, and advising clients on best practices for sustainability. A deep understanding of environmental policies and strong analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focusing on environmental restoration and conservation.
• Evaluate and mitigate environmental risks associated with projects.
• Conduct field studies and sampling as needed.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Engage with governmental and non-governmental organizations.
• Support policy development related to environmental sustainability.
• Manage project timelines and budgets efficiently.
• Foster partnerships with other environmental agencies and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Advanced degree is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in environmental consulting or related roles
