The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering projects, leading teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to project goals. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage project budgets, and maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle. This role is vital in driving efficiency and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Evaluate and approve project schedules and budgets.
• Engage with clients to communicate project status and resolve issues.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and report to management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes.
• Prepare and present project reports to upper management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Master's degree is considered an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within engineering
