We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to drive strategic planning.
• Assist in preparing operational budgets and performance reports.
• Monitor variances and analyze discrepancies in financial statements.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve financial processes.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial requests and reports.
• Support the financial forecasting and modelling process.
• Review financial data for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• MBA is an added advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis roles.

• Excel

Certifications

• CFA Certification or equivalent
• CPA is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent
