• Produce reports on productivity and quality metrics.
• Initiate projects aimed at optimizing equipment performance.
• Act as a key communicator between management and staff regarding process changes.
• Document specifications for process improvements and new equipment.
• Support sustainability initiatives in manufacturing operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing role

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages
