Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician responsible for providing technical support to users in Bloemfontein. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operational continuity. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving IT support queries.
• Perform routine maintenance on systems and applications.

• Manage user accounts and permissions in relevant systems.
• Ensure timely updates and patches to IT systems.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT Support or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of technical support experience

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
