We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our team in Johannesburg. This role requires a hands-on approach to providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. You will be our front line in dealing with IT-related concerns, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct troubleshooting analysis and provide solutions for IT-related problems.
• Ensure network security and integrity by following best practices.
• Assist users with software installations and upgrades.
• Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software that would enhance operations.
• Support mobile devices and remote access solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive technical support experience

• ITIL Knowledge

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
