Job Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing high-quality support to end-users in a dynamic IT environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new devices, and assisting with IT-related queries while ensuring a smooth and efficient operational flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Set up and configure new workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Educate users on basic IT procedures and efficient use of technology.

Requirements

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or a related field

• Windows and Mac OS
• Networking

Certifications

• CompTIA A+
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
