Job Description

In the role of Tax Specialist, you will work closely with clients to assist them in adhering to tax regulations. You will be tasked with offering tax advice, preparing documentation, and staying updated on changes in tax laws. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to support a variety of clients in their tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Review client data and financial statements for tax compliance.
• Prepare tax assessments and handle objection procedures.
• Engage with external auditors regarding tax matters.
• Contribute to the development of tax policies within the organisation.
• Conduct workshops and webinars to educate clients on tax responsibilities.
• Provide ongoing support and advice to clients during tax season.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Document tax processes and ensure quality control.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Taxation or Accounting
• Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a tax role
