Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, providing a high level of customer service.
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve service delivery.
Ensure all IT support requests are logged and tracked in the helpdesk system.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Participate in IT projects as necessary.

Education
