Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Data Entry Clerk who can manage data entry tasks with precision. Your work will support our team in maintaining accurate records and efficient administrative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage data within company databases, ensuring accuracy.
  • Compile and organize data for reports and presentations.
  • Verify received data for discrepancies and rectify issues.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to gather required information.
  • Assist with maintaining filing systems and records management.
  • Perform general clerical duties to assist the administrative team.
  • Updating databases with new information as it becomes available.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Data Entry or Administration preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
