You will work closely with developers, product managers, and users to produce high-quality manuals, guides, and online help documentation. Responsibilities

• Create engaging and informative technical content.
• Translate technical jargon into layman's terms for end-users.
• Work with the UX team to improve the user experience through documentation.
• Standardize documentation processes and templates.
• Participate in user testing to gather feedback on documentation usability.
• Provide documentation training for new employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a highly technical field, such as Computer Science

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• User Experience Design
• XML and HTML Formatting

Languages

• English: Fluent
