Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting technical issues, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining IT systems effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage help desk tickets and prioritise user issues effectively.
  • Conduct troubleshooting for network connectivity issues.
  • Assist in the installation of new IT equipment as needed.
  • Implement and support IT projects to enhance service quality.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to junior IT staff.
  • Ensure IT documentation is updated regularly.
  • Facilitate IT training sessions for new employees.
  • Contribute to team meetings and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical roles
Technical Skills
