• Foster and develop vendor relationships for better service delivery.
• Implement improvements to existing IT infrastructure.
• Assist with developing strategies for IT capacity planning.
• Support disaster recovery efforts and business continuity plans.
• Encourage user awareness regarding IT security.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Microsoft or Cisco technologies preferred
• Master's degree in IT Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in IT support and administration roles
