Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Manager to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing online sales channels, optimizing product listings, and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of e-commerce trends and technologies to keep the offering competitive.
• Work with marketing teams to ensure alignment of digital messaging.
• Innovate and test new features on the website for enhanced user experience.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders detailing performance and insights.
• Mentor and guide junior staff within the e-commerce team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a management role within e-commerce
