Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be vital in maintaining ongoing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Your strong interpersonal and negotiation skills will allow you to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty while achieving the broader objectives of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service.
  • Develop new business opportunities from existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new client needs.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts and close agreements.
  • Apply a strategic approach to account management to enhance client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align development and client expectations.

  • Create detailed account plans to track deliverables and success metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client relations
