Lean Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description

As a Lean Manufacturing Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. Your expertise will contribute significantly to process improvements and the implementation of lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lean implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and minimize waste.
• Create and maintain documentation of lean processes and improvements.
• Support the development of a lean manufacturing culture through mentoring and leadership.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on lean practices
