Job Description

Looking for a dynamic Tax Specialist to join our firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with the tax regulations in South Africa, and providing ongoing support to clients with their tax queries.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Provide insights and recommendations on tax planning strategies.
• Act as a point of contact for clients regarding tax-related inquiries.
• Research changes in tax legislation and their impact on clients.
• Review financial statements for tax implications and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service.
• Develop and conduct tax workshops for clients as needed.
• Enhance the firm's tax processes and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Taxation preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory

• Tax Practitioner Registration
