Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff members.
  • Evaluate and improve administrative procedures to maintain operational effectiveness.
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for compliance and quality assessments.
  • Conduct regular audits of patient records and administrative processes.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management for the department.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance patient management systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
  • Relevant certification is advantageous
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role
