Job Description

We are looking for a Civil Project Manager to lead various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in project management, a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, and the ability to navigate complex project demands effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and costs effectively.
• Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and forecasts.
• Coordinate with local authorities for permits and project approvals.
• Design and implement project management methodologies.
• Support compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with community stakeholders to address any project impact.
• Document all project phases and prepare post-project evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• Chartered Engineer status preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale civil projects
