Job Description

We seek an experienced Investment Banker who excels in client management, market analysis, and financial modeling. In this role, you'll evaluate investment opportunities, provide advisory services, and lead client engagement efforts to achieve superior financial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation processes with prospective buyers or sellers.
• Utilize quantitative analysis to inform investment recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
• Participate in networking events to expand professional relationships.
• Produce reports that track market developments and investment outcomes.
• Support junior bankers with their professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree or equivalent qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial advisory or investment banking
