Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Virtual Learning Manager who will be instrumental in driving our online educational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of virtual learning environments, a knack for instructional design, and a passion for enhancing the digital learning experience. You will oversee the development and implementation of innovative virtual programs, ensuring alignment with our educational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process of virtual program development.
  • Stay abreast of current trends in online education and technology.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues.
  • Establish partnerships with educational content providers.
  • Incorporate learner feedback to enhance course offerings.
  • Assist in the strategic planning of educational projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in e-learning or educational program management
