As an Investment Banker in Bloemfontein, you'll collaborate with clients to develop financial strategies that drive growth and profitability. Your role will involve conducting market research, preparing financial models, and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive reports and presentations for investor meetings.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead client acquisition initiatives.

• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on financial analysis techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in investment banking or corporate finance

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 is preferred
