Job Description

We are seeking a BI Developer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business strategies and improve performance outcomes. You will leverage various BI tools and techniques, working closely with stakeholders to deliver data analytics solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI solutions and dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet user needs.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Create data models to support reporting and analysis requirements.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing appropriate data validation techniques.
• Provide training and support to end-users in utilizing BI tools effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to improve BI solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role

Technical Skills

• SQL
• Power BI/Tableau
• Data Warehousing

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
• Tableau Desktop Specialist

Languages

• English: Fluent
