Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist at Mental Health Services, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders through various therapeutic techniques. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and contribute to the mental health community in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat psychological disorders through a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjust as necessary.
• Provide mentorship to interns and junior clinicians.
• Write and present reports on client outcomes to management.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to foster mental health education.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Engage in policy advocacy related to mental health issues.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology
• PhD in Psychology is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years working with diverse populations
