Your role will involve providing various aesthetic procedures, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals.
• Track and document client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and feedback.
• Manage inventory for skincare products and supplies.
• Assist in training junior staff as needed.
• Promote a culture of exceptional customer service among the team.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
• Additional certifications in advanced aesthetic techniques desirable

Experience

• 3+ years working in a beauty clinic or spa environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
