Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to oversee and enhance operational strategies within our Durban office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in operational management, fostering team collaboration, and driving efficiency across all operational facets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop operational plans in collaboration with department heads.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Monitor operational performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the operations team.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss performance improvements.
  • Identify industry trends and integrate them into operational practices.
  • Support the development of training programs for operational staff.
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Management or relevant field is a plus

  • 7+ years in managerial roles with operational responsibilities
