Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users. This role involves troubleshooting a variety of hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring user satisfaction and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of customer service to internal users.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policy.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and solutions.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist with the training of new staff on IT policies and technology usage.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
