Fitting Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Fitting Supervisor to manage the fitting operations within our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fitting activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Train new fitters and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for seamless project execution.
• Regularly review project timelines and adjust scheduling as necessary.
• Gather feedback from team members for continuous improvement.
• Generate reports for management on project status.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for the team.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during the fitting process.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Fitting and Turning Trade Certificate

Experience

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
