You will be responsible for developing architectural drawings, renderings, and models while working alongside project teams to ensure the successful execution of design intent. Responsibilities

• Lead design presentations to stakeholders, articulating design concepts effectively.
• Utilize CAD software to produce high-quality architectural drawings.
• Engage in collaborative project workshops to enhance design outcomes.
• Monitor project development and make adjustments to designs as necessary.
• Assist in the selection of materials and interior finishes.
• Participate in client meetings to review project progress and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp

Soft Skills

• Creative problem-solving

Certifications

• Registered Architect (where applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
