• Formulate budgets for fabric and production costs.
• Create and maintain organized design files.
• Foster client relationships through effective communication.
• Participate in team workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Additional courses in business or marketing are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Pattern Making
• Proficient in Fashion Tech Packs

Certifications

• Certified Fashion Designer
• Leadership and Management Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
