Job Description

As a Cooling and Freezing Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our freezing machines. Your responsibility will include monitoring the freezing process and performing routine maintenance tasks to uphold production standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper operation of all freezing equipment in the production line.
• Adjust machine settings based on product specifications.
• Keep accurate records of freezing processes and inventory.
• Inspect freezing machines regularly for maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with the production team regarding workflow and issues.
• Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination.
• Assist in developing best practices for machine operation.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or applicable certification in a related field

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or food and beverage environment is preferred.
